By accessing, browsing, or using this website, enrolling in programs, or purchasing any products, sessions, or services offered by Sovereign Keys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please discontinue use of this website and our services immediately.

Sovereign Keys is owned, operated, and directed by Melody Regan Warnes, professionally known as Trinity144k, operating under Divina Indefinite Trust Enterprise / Sovereign Keys. All references in these terms to "Sovereign Keys", "Trinity144k", "we", "us", or "our" refer to this business entity and its principal.

3. Use of Website & Eligibility

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use this site. You agree to use sovereignkeys.info only for lawful, ethical, and personal educational purposes.

You agree not to disrupt, compromise, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, server networks, databases, or user communications.

4. Educational & Holistic Services

Sovereign Keys provides holistic health educational assessments, iridology consultations, regenerative detoxification guidance, energy clearings, and educational masterclasses.

Results from participation in any Sovereign Keys program, session, or protocol are unique to each individual and are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on personal commitment, compliance, health history, and numerous factors beyond our control.

5. Individual Session Credit Policy

The full fee paid for any individual Sovereign Keys session — including Holistic Iridology Assessment, Clairvoyant Energy & Aura Reading, Shamanic Godcode & Light Language Healing, or Bundle Consultations — may be applied as a full credit toward enrollment in the Divine Blueprint Reset signature 90-day program, provided enrollment occurs within six (6) calendar months of the original session purchase date.

This credit is non-transferable, applies exclusively to the program service fee, and cannot be combined with any other promotional discount.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

All prices listed on sovereignkeys.info are in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely at time of booking or enrollment via authorized third-party merchant partners (such as Stripe).

Individual Consultations & Readings

All sales for individual consultations, iridology assessments, and energy sessions are final. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows forfeit the consultation fee.

Digital Products & Downloadables

All sales of digital downloads, PDF guidebooks, and recorded courses are final and non-refundable immediately upon purchase due to direct access to digital materials.

Divine Blueprint Reset Signature Program

Due to the extensive preparation, custom protocol development, and physical products shipped to program participants, program investments are non-refundable once the program commences. If a participant requests withdrawal in writing, the following partial refund structure applies:

• Withdrawal before Month 1 completion: 30% refund of the program fee, excluding third-party supplement/product costs already shipped.
• Withdrawal before Month 2 completion: 15% refund of the program fee, excluding third-party supplement/product costs already shipped.
• Withdrawal after Month 2: No refund available.

Supplement and herbal product costs are strictly non-refundable once ordered or shipped. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of withdrawal to trinity144k@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on sovereignkeys.info — including text, graphics, logos, images, course curricula, PDF guides, protocols, audio clearings, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Melody Regan Warnes / Sovereign Keys / Divina Indefinite Trust Enterprise, protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and download materials for personal use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, retransmit, redistribute, sell, or exploit any portion of our content or materials without express written authorization from Trinity144k.

8. User Accounts & Portal Access

If you create an account or receive client portal credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Sovereign Keys reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict portal access for violations of these terms.

9. Third-Party Links & External Services

Our website and materials may contain links to external third-party websites, tools, or recommended products (including affiliate links). Sovereign Keys does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sovereign Keys, Trinity144k (Melody Regan Warnes), Divina Indefinite Trust Enterprise, and its officers, trustees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, services, protocols, or content.
